Apple smoothie for Kundalini Teachers and students
A tasty 'Smoothie' for after Kundalini Yoga or also for late summer and autumn when apples are plentiful.
Ingredients:
2 Large apples, for example golden reinets, peeled, cored and cut into small pieces
2 cups of buttermilk
1 quart cup of primordial sugar or honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or grated nutmeg
Preparation method:
Place the apples, buttermilk, and raw sugar or honey in a blender and blend until creamy, about 1 minute.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle the apple drink with a little cinnamon or nutmeg before serving.
This amount is good for four glasses of apple juice.
