Kundalini drinking power
The vegetables for this drinkable salad are available year-round.
This drink is packed with vitamins. Great for after Kundalini Yoga.
6 broccoli florets
1 medium cucumber
1 green pepper
1 garlic clove the juice of half a lemon
Good for a large glass of green juice, full of vitamins and minerals.
Method of preparation
Wash all vegetables and remove the stem from the pepper. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
Put the vegetables and garlic in the juicer. Stir the juice and add the lemon juice.
If you want to make it a creamy drink, you can replace the lemon juice with half a cup of low-fat yogurt.
This amount is good for two glasses of juice. You can serve this green drink with a sprig of parsley on top.
